Zerust®Excor® Products

Zerust®Excor® packaging provides corrosion protection by creating an enclosure saturated with corrosion inhibiting molecules.

Zerust®Excor® products contain proprietary chemical formulations that allow anti-corrosion protection of ferrous (iron, steel and cast iron metals), non ferrous (aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, silver, among others) and products that contain combinations of the ferrous and non ferrous metals.

We offer anti-corrosion products like: VALENO® films, NAtur-VCI™, ABRIGO® papers, VCI diffusers and Corrosion Protection Fluids.

Excor® ABRIGO® paper is a polyethylene coated VCI paper. Due to its polyethylene coating, it provides the additional benefits of increased tear resistance and moisture resistance and powerful corrosion protection.

Poly-coated paper specification: 90 g/m2 (70 g/m2 paper + 20 g/m2 PE coating)

Excor® ABRIGO® paper is available in three types:

  • Type – E – yellow film – protection against corrosion damage for ferrous metals, such as iron, steel or cast iron.
  • Type – MM – green film – protection against corrosion damage for parts that contain combinations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  • Type – A – contains special corrosion inhibing technology for all metals – use after consultation.

Excor® ABRIGO® paper is VCI packaging material for multiple use. It‘s available in two basic variants: 40g/m2 and 70g/m2.

The size of roll is up to customers choice and we offer 3 standard sizes: 780 mm, 1000 mm, 1560 mm.
